track your progress
One key element to my weight loss journey was being able to track my progress. In my post Measuring Progress, I record details such as weight, measurements and fitness. It is a useful tool to make sure that you are heading in the right direction, and gives a sense of satisfaction when you look back and see that progress has indeed been made.
To help your goals, I have created a spreadsheet to track your own progress. This can be accessed via your own private page on this blog. To set up your own page, you need to fill out the form at the bottom of this page and send it to me. I will set you up your own personal private page. This should take a day, depending on demand. Your private page will be viewable and accessible only when you log into this site, and cannot be seen by others. Below is a demo of the spreadsheet.
